Does PRAI test on animals? 

We never test on animals and are certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny, the gold-standard in cruelty-free certification for personal care and household products companies and signifies no animal testing at any stage of product development.  For more info, visit leapingbunny.org.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. If you need to use a different carrier, please contact PRAI Customer Care.

 

Will I be required to pay customs for an international order? 

Yes, international orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These duties and taxes are additional fees not included in the price of shipping at checkout. PRAI Beauty is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

 

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied, please complete the form on the bottom of your invoice and return it with your products to the following address within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping.)
